My Fitness Journey in a nutshell:
I know the struggle. It sucks:
When i started my fitness journey after realizing my weight and body fat were high and not looking in shape. My body also indicating me to do something to keep yourself healthy. It was clear sign that I need to take action, but I had no idea where to start. As an action, I started searching online resources about exercises and diet in bits and pieces to help me reduce my weight, but it didn't work for me and I struggled bit to be disciplined and consistent.
Once COVID restrictions eased, I joined a local gym and committed to build discipline and consistency. The first month was tough, but I pushed through and finally found my rhythm. Then, I set goal to cut my body fat by 5-8% and lose 6-8 kg weight, but struggled to find the right workout, diet, and reliable guidance all at one place.
Frustrated, and took matter into my own hands, diving deep into medical journals, research papers, and scientific studies to create a fat-loss plan after testing different approaches, and it worked for me and finally I reached to my goal in second half of 2023.
At the beginning of 2024, I shifted my focus to muscle mass building. I developed my own workouts, diet and sleep protocol that delivered real results. Today, I am continue with the same schedule with discipline and consistency, balancing fitness with my demanding career.
